The idea for Bistrò Union in the centre of Dobbiaco came from our passion for traditional and other cuisine.
Together with our chefs, we have come up with a lunchtime à la carte menu with simple and delicious food full of typical Dolomite flavours.
In 2016 we were certified by AIC (Italian Coeliac Association), making us the ideal restaurant for anyone with a gluten intolerance.
Bistrò Union also means cocktails, so you can relax after a day’s cycling or hiking with one of our gin and tonics and a delicious platter of local products as you admire the magical Dolomite scenery.
